To the best of your knowledge, does the student meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

First-Generation College Status: Student is a first-generation college-goer, meaning neither parent or guardian has completed a four-year college degree.

Low-Income Status: Student meets Massachusetts’ low-income thresholds (e.g., participation in public assistance programs, or household income below 300% of federal poverty level). See chart attached for breakdown based on household size. 

School Enrollment: Student must attend a high school in Massachusetts. 

Post-Secondary Plans: Student must plan to attend a 4-year college or the technical equivalent of a post secondary education. The school must be accredited and may be located anywhere in the US.
