Hotel Changes
The Festival of Native Arts will provide a stipend to performance groups upon arrival and will include hotel costs and taxes for up to three (3) nights, March 19th, 20th, and 21st, 2020. Please keep in mind that there is a limited number of rooms that Festival will provide a stipend for and we will reserve no more than five (5) rooms per group with the expectation that each room will hold four (4) members. Any groups larger than 20 members will need to purchase additional rooms at their own expense. Groups who purchase extra rooms can use the group discount Festival receives at the selected hotel. Performers/Groups will be responsible for the cost of any additional nights in their hotel room(s) and will assume financial responsibility for any damages caused by their group (or individual members) to hotel rooms. The allotted rooms for the group will need to be paid directly to the hotel using the funds provided in the stipend for the expense. Please note that a credit or debit card will need to be presented to the hotel for any incidental expenses associated with the room(s).
For questions regarding the hotel changes, please contact Amanda Lash (alash2@alaska.edu) or 907-474-6417.
