This generative workshop for writers of color explores the economy of the short narrative. How do you create a complex story in 500 words? 100? 6? We’ll experiment & generate micro-stories on day one. Day two, a salon under the avocado tree, gives writers a chance to share and respond to your flash fictions. Come for day one, or come for both sessions. Short shorts are the perfect way to flood social media with a multitude of perspectives. Ours!
