Create the work life you want
Thank you for your interest in working with me! I am passionate about helping mid-career professionals learn how to get unstuck so they can create the work life they want, one tiny step at a time.

I do this using a three-step approach where we work together for about 3 months to:
* Get clear on what’s important to you
* Identify the change you want to make
* Break down the path to success into tiny steps

This proven system is based on behaviour science and leadership best practices from my 20 years of experience and is a simple approach that you can apply to different situations. My role is to be a "thought-partner" and to hold you accountable to the change you want to make.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
An initial discussion around your goals and session timing will take place before we get started so that we find a pace that works for us both. My job is to make it easy for you!

We will then work together over a three-month period so that you get the support you need to take your next step.

Sessions are typically 45-minutes, every other week via Zoom.
You will also have opportunities to join a LinkedIn community I host, participate in a free 5-day habit program and communicate with me in between sessions to help you stay on track.

PAYMENT & TERMS:
Starter package - $1000+tx
Individual sessions to be completed within 3 months.
Payment due in full at the beginning of the coaching agreement.
