Request our Sea Cadets to support your event. 

Please submit within 14 days of the event.
Requests for weekday events may not be accepted during the Hawai'i DOE scheduled school year 
If you do not have a maximum/minimum number of cadets needed, we will plan to have as many cadets attend that are available to support.

Please list any accommodations your organization is willing to provide during the event (ex: meals, snacks, beverages, reimbursement for expenses incurred such as parking fees, admission fees, etc). 

Accommodations are appreciated but not required and ultimately help our staff plan appropriately.

I agree that the requesting organization will provide a safe environment for the Sea Cadets and adult staff in attendance to the maximum extent practicable. 

I understand that this request may not be approved and support may not be provided if the type of support requested is not authorized by USNSCC Regulations.

I understand that this request may not be approved and support may not be provided in the event that it conflicts with R. D. Stethem BN's schedule and availability.
