Hello and welcome to the 4th edition: March Challenge! I am so glad you are taking this journey with me - 21 days of clean eating and a mindful lifestyle change awaits you. I know you have the passion, commitment and drive, so let's just get into it!

What can you look forward to as a part of this challenge?

P.S. Although fat loss might be a pleasant consequence of this challenge, there are a lot of other great changes that past #3Weeks participants have experienced:
- have renewed energy
- feel lighter and less bloated
- develop a taste for healthy food
- wean off your need to eat from outside
- introduce your body to the joy of exercise
