Select Summer Strength & Speed Session: Sessions can be adjusted as the summer progresses. Each session will consist of a warm up, speed/agility/mobility element, and a weight room lift. (Average Workout Time = 90 minutes but will vary) *

Minot High Summer Strength starts Monday, June 6th at Magic City Campus. Athletes should arrive at Door #37 at MCC.
