Global Youth Service Day 2025

You're invited to join with youth from across the world in making a positive impact through community service! Youth age 11-18 are invited to join together for a morning of fun, friends, service, food and fellowship as we serve in Franklinton, Louisburg, Wake Forest and Youngsville communities. YOU are invited to select your service project and serve alongside friends, while enjoying a COOKOUT immediately following. This special service event will take place from 10:00AM to 1:00pm, on Saturday APRIL 26, 2025. So, grab a friend or two, or your troop or group and sign up and show up for an awesome event! Make new friends, get involved in your community, help out some people, eat some good food and have a blast!

I am a youth age 11-18 residing in Franklin or Wake County or surrounding neighborhoods. I plan on arriving ON TIME to my selected service project (10:00 AM) so I will have enough time to contribute to it's completion. Following about two hours of service, I understand I will have the option to enjoy a collective lunch cookout. Wristbands will be passed out during the service event and required for COOKOUT entry. As a guest at this event, I will be on my best behavior and understand that any actions or behavior deemed inappropriate, hurtful, disrespectful or not conducive to the spirit of serving others will result in dismissal from the event. My parent will be contacted and I will be excused. Transportation to and from this event will not be provided. In addition, upon completion of my service, transportation from my service project to the COOKOUT location will not be provided and must be prearranged. *
