Ik meld mijn kind aan voor de Zomerschool Haarlem 2026 en verklaar dat hij/zij gedurende de gehele periode van 6 juli t/m 17 juli 2026 aanwezig zal zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag. Ik geef de basisschool van mijn kind toestemming voor het verstrekken van gegevens uit het leerlingvolgsysteem en eventuele aanvullende informatie die van belang kan zijn voor deelname aan de Zomerschool Haarlem. Na aanname betaal ik 30 euro ouderbijdrage voor de Zomerschool Haarlem; heeft u een Haarlempas, dan betaalt u deze kosten niet.

I authorize my child's primary school to provide data from the student tracking system and any additional information that may be relevant for participation in Zomerschool Haarlem. Upon acceptance, I will pay a parental contribution of 30 euros for Zomerschool Haarlem; if you have a Haarlempas, you do not have to pay these costs.

Algemene Voorwaarden
We streven ernaar alle leerlingen een plezierige en leerzame Zomerschool te laten beleven. Onderlinge omgang en gedragsregels zijn van belang. Als een leerling hinder of overlast oplevert zodanig dat dit ten koste gaat van een goede uitvoering van de Zomerschool, behouden we het recht om deelname eerder te stoppen. 
De verantwoordelijkheid van de Zomerschool-medewerkers stopt op het moment dat het kind de school heeft verlaten, nadat het kind zich heeft afgemeld bij de leerkracht.  

General Terms and Conditions We strive to ensure that all students experience an enjoyable and educational Zomerschool. Interpersonal relations and rules of conduct are important. If a student causes a nuisance or disturbance that compromises the proper execution of the Zomerschool, we reserve the right to terminate participation early. The responsibility of the Zomerschool staff ends the moment the child has left the school, after the child has reported their absence to the teacher.
