Growing Ventures 2012 Market Research Survey

Growing Hope, in an effort to become more self reliant and sustainable, is increasing our capacity to earn our own revenue. Through these revenues, we can further invest in our mission of helping people grow and access healthy food. At the same time, we can create jobs, local economic impact, and help more people in our community get growing.

This survey will help us gauge the motivation, demand, and structure for our enterprise and help us to decide what products and services to offer.

Growing Ventures is our new label for this social enterprise, which will include the products and services we offer-- and are considering adding-- that help people grow their own food. The profits from these Growing Ventures support our mission by subsidizing us in helping families who cannot afford to pay also grow their own food.

This survey is for people who currently grow food or want to start growing food! While our products and services will be primarily offered in areas near us (Ypsilanti/Washtenaw County/Western Wayne County, Michigan), we welcome people from farther away to complete the survey to give us more data on different types of gardeners.

Thank you for giving us your input! We expect it will take you less than 10 minutes.
