Youth Day will have all kinds of activities and games, some just for fun and some for small prizes (like candy). At 2:50 we will have a more competitive field event with bigger prizes. This event will consist of the following activities: sack race, balancing an egg on a spoon, throwing a ball into a bucket, and successfully hitting a target with a water balloon. Racers will have to complete each of these activities in succession, and the first three racers in each race category to finish the event will get a prize.
The race categories will be as follows:
Girls ages 6 and under
Boys ages 6 and under
Girls ages 7-12
Boys ages 7-12
Girls ages 13-18
Boys ages 13-18
All racers should arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before their race starts to check in. We strongly encourage parents of racers to come to the race to support their child and add to the atmosphere of the event.
