This form should be used to report any and all local road concerns, issues, and complaints. Responses will be collected and compiled to develop and prioritize weekly work assignments for the Public Works Department as the budget allows.
Your responses will also assist the Administration and the Road Committee in developing future Public Works budgets. The Town Manager will share the responses of this form with the Select Board on a monthly basis at their regularly scheduled Select Board Meetings.
