CFYS Community Vendor Contact Information
CFYS Inc. is an organization that not only provides support to children and families through our free youth development and community outreach events. We also provide, a free community food pantry and diaper hub servicing hundreds of food insecure children, families, individuals and older adults in need of additional support; whether access to temporary housing, utility assistance or a job/career change.

We are seeking vendors that can provide health, wellness, employment/jobs, emergency services, banking, home buying education, home repair, older adult services, pre- and post-natal care services, affordable cell phone/internet service providers, veteran services, therapist accepting new clients, on-site screenings/testing, support groups, health care providers, early learning centers etc. -- any service that someone in need, may need!

Employers, Community Based Organizations, City Agencies and Resource Vendors please fill out this form to let us know your availability. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table, chair, tent etc. Community residents will have the opportunity to stop by your table, before, during and after the event. Most vendors arrive 30-45 minutes before the event starts and stay until the end of the event which is normally about 1.5-2 hrs. after the event start time. Spot preferences will be available first come first serve. Parking is free on the street and back of the school's parking lot off of (Olney Avenue) along the fence. Feel free to sign up for as many events as you can commit too! Please let us know within 24-48hrs if you are no longer able to attend at CFYSInfoandevents@gmail.com. If anything changes on our end,we will be sure to notify you via text/email as soon as possible.

CFYS Food Pantry and Diaper Hub will host events on the following dates, please select dates you are available to attend as a community resource vendor.  Our Distribution Schedule will change for the Fall and those dates will be available at the end of the summer. 

All FOOD PANTRY & DIAPER HUB events start 12pm, Vendors should arrive at least 45 minutes before to setup. We do not provide tents or tables but you are welcome to grab a few of our chairs if needed. 
SENIOR DITCH DAY VENDORS NEEDED- vendors should ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE TO SETUP AND provide resources and information for older adults 65+
