ESSER III Input Survey
D'Hanis ISD will apply for a grant from TEA based on funds they received from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III). The total amount of funding that D'Hanis ISD is eligible to receive is $486,897. TEA will release 2/3 of these funds after we complete the required application and submit a "Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan". The additional 1/3 is scheduled for release at a later date once TEA receives approval from the federal government. Our plan must include input from students, teachers, staff and the community on how we expect to safely return students to school and provide instructional continuity, and a plan on how these funds will be used over the 2 year grant period.
D'Hanis ISD is seeking input from stakeholders across the district and community to help us develop our plan. Your feedback and input is critical and will help develop our plan.
Responses to this survey are due by ???? and will be considered as we develop the plan to submit to TEA.
