LBT Nutcracker Volunteer Sign Up 2026
LakeCities Ballet Theatre would greatly appreciate any volunteer time to achieve the success of our 36th Annual Nutcracker production. Please check any items you are interested in and days of the week and times you are available. Please complete this in addition to your Nutcracker Application.  Please list your contact information below so we may contact you to coordinate volunteer opportunities. Thank you!

These are the available volunteer opportunities.  Please choose where you will volunteer in the questions below.  (It is not necessary to fill in every blank just the ones you are volunteering for this year.)

1) Concessions: We have a large concessions area at Nutcracker. We sell both food and items/gifts for purchase. If you are available to help, type "bake" - "work" or "both" and if you are volunteering to work concessions, please include days and times you are available in your answer.

2) Costume Help:  Assist with simple sewing and alterations, costume steaming before shows or transporting costumes to the theater. If you are available to help, type "yes" and include days and times you are available in your answer.

3) Room Mom: Helping backstage with the children.

4) Marketing: Help to put up posters around the community to promote performances. If you are available to help, type "yes" and include businesses that you will contact.

5) Nutcracker Bears:  Sewing Bear costumes and simple hand sewing and/or creating/perfecting current costumes. If you are available to help, type "yes" and include days and times you are available in your answer.

6) Silent Auction:  Lead and/or coordinate themed baskets for Nutcracker Groups and/or contribute item for basket. If you are available to help, type "yes" and include days and times you are available in your answer.

7) Props/Backstage:  Help load in on Sat/Sun, Nov. 21st & 22nd and/or load out on Sun, Dec.29th props and assisting with painting/creating/repairing props.  Please list any specifics in the comment section at the end.
