1. Acts will be allotted no more than Five (5) MINUTES to perform. Acts will be PENALIZED if time is exceeded. 2. Acts will be allotted FOUR 4 MINUTES for set up time. (Any bands will be pre-set in the background) 

3. Soundchecks for competition will be done @ 6PM - (Full Bands & Equipment can unloaded between 4:30PM & 5:00PM)

4. Acts MUST provide their own music DOWNLOADED to a cellular device or we cant guarantee we will have your music available. (WIFI is not available at the fairgrounds, and cell service is very weak if any)

5 NO profanity or vulgar lyrics in any vocal performance or dance music. This is a family show!!! 

6. NO nudity allowed! Keep attire at a respectable and tasteful level. NO alcohol, tobacco, or drug advertisements are to be shown on any clothing. 

7. NO pyrotechnics, open flames or any other dangerous additions. 

8. Sound Technician and microphone(s) will be provided. YOU must provide your own music( via cellular device - already downloaded as WIFI is an issue at the fairgrounds), instruments, props, keyboard, etc., if needed. 

9. Contestants will be judged in the following categories: Creativity, Originality, Effort, Quality, Organization, Presentation, Overall Appeal, Confidence, Showmanship and Performance. Judging is based on 100 points. 10 point value for each division. Highest scores win. 

10. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place winners for each age group and division (ie. 1st -3rd place junior individual and 1st -3rd place junior group, etc), and a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place Overall (Highest 3 scores out of all ages and divisions).
