Workshop 1: 9am-12.00pm
Topic: Unlocking Creativity with Marie Campbell
Marie will provide teachers with a blueprint for creating an environment for creativity to flourish in the classroom, and will share exercises on how to unlock aspects of the curriculum in a creative and fun way.
With 30 years experience directing and facilitating in schools and theatres across NI, this masterclass is not to be missed.
Workshop 2: 12.00pm-3.15pm
Topic: Theory & Practice of key theatre practitioners
In this workshop we will explore points of entry when working with text, comparing the work of Rudolf Von Laban and Stanislavski's method of movement. There will be space for learning, practical exploration and linking the work into the curriculum.
These events are designed for post-primary school Drama teachers in Northern Ireland, tailored to the curriculum and informed by the specifications of all major exam boards.
