General Information
BrierFest is currently accepting applications for arts, crafts and merchandise vendors for their second annual event. This three-day, free, outdoor event will feature live music, carnival rides, car show, tractor pull, and much more! Our entertainment headliners will be the Casey Donahew Band and Confederate Railroad. Approximately 2500 people attended the free inaugural event in April, 2017.
Each booth space will be 10’ x 10’ and all booths will be located outdoors near the Main Stage and along access routes. Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of the BrierFest Vendor Committee whose decisions are final. Electricity is available for a limited number of booths for an additional $10 on a first come, first serve basis. There is a late fee of $25 if application is received after the March 30 deadline. Late applications arriving without the $25 late fee will not be considered. Payment for the total amount must be made in the form of a check or money order payable to BrierFest within 10 days of receiving notice if your application is accepted.

Vendors must furnish their own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, trash bags, etc. Please be prepared to stay during inclement weather. We all know the weather in Arkansas can turn around at any time without notice. Please use good judgement if conditions become dangerous.

Event hours are Friday, 6:00 pm-10:00 pm, Saturday, 10:00 am-10:00 pm, and Sunday, 10:00 am-4:00 pm. All booths must remain open Friday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You may open for business as soon as you are set up on Friday and may stay open as late as you wish. Keep in mind that lighting may not be adequate. Please bring your own lighting if you plan to stay open after dark. The times listed are the hours you must be open, but extending your hours is recommended. Plan to bring enough items to remain open for the duration of the event.

Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying all sales tax. Forms and information will be provided with the check-in packet.

Greenbrier has one hotel and a state park nearby that has camp sites and RV hook-ups. For more information, please visit or Conway is approximately 10 miles away and has several hotels to choose from.
