Action research study participation *
This workshop is being offered as part of the instructor's master's degree capstone project. The project includes an action research study to measure the effectiveness of the workshop. Participation in the study is anonymous. Participants will be asked to take a brief 10 question multiple choice test and a 10 question survey, before and after the workshop.
Lunch Options *
As this is a free workshop, lunch is not provided. We would recommend packing a lunch, however there are also some off campus options to purchase food, a short drive from the host school.
Required
Technical Requirements *
Participants are required to provide their own laptop to work on, with Microsoft Word installed. Because Google Docs doesn't have the features required to layout a print book, this workshop is not currently Chromebook compatible. Working in pairs is an option if you would like to register with a friend or college and bring one laptop to share between the two of you.
