Wedding Coordinator Assistant
This is a job application for a part-time wedding coordinator assistant position.

Job Description

Hours: between the hours of 2pm and 11pm during the weekend (varied days and times)

This person will be expected to perform the following duties: Set up wedding décor items. * Ensure the vendors, venue, and Wedding Party know the itinerary and their placement. * Guide guests to the specified areas of Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. * Complete various tasks throughout the event. * Pack up event décor in their respective boxes/containers. *

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: $15-16 per hour

Physical setting:

  • Outdoor or Indoor Event Venues in Ventura or Los Angeles County

Schedule:

  • Varied, but typically between the hours of 2pm and 11pm

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Work Location:

  • Various venues within Ventura County or Los Angeles County
