Regular Orders
• Full payment is required before preparation begins.
• Because all items are made fresh and custom, orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• $2 per item (strawberries & pretzels) / $3 per Rice Krispie

Large & Catering Orders
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery/pickup.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and supply costs.
