2026 Women in the Fire Service Skills Day - Boulder County

Women in the Fire Service Skills Day is all about mastering our craft, building confidence, and connecting with other strong women in the fire service. Train hard, learn from one another, and grow your network in an encouraging, high-energy environment. Come ready to work, learn, and have fun doing it.

Cost - FREE!!! There is no cost associated thanks to the generosity of Boulder Rural Fire Rescue and other sponsors.

Skills - Hose management, search/victim removal, ladders, forcible entry/saw work and more.....

***We unfortunately have to cap this years class at 50 participants due to the burn building being out of service. Please secure your spot as soon as possible!

Mastering the Basics - Mastering the Basics is intended for firefighters who want to strengthen their fundamental skills and may have limited experience with the techniques covered.
