The Red Clay Family Cook-Off!
Cooking meals at home and sitting down to eat as a family is important for kids’ development, lowers risk of obesity, substance abuse and eating disorders and shows an increase in high school graduation rate! Eating at home also helps children to learn how to cook and helps them to eat more healthfully.
We want to see what our Red Clay families are cooking for Breakfast or Brunch and offer them a chance to win a Guest Spot on EdTV’s Cooking with Red Clay Café - Breakfast Edition! What are we looking for? Originality of the Recipe, Ingredients Used and Family Backstory! Enter your family recipe during National School Breakfast Week! All submissions must be received by March 21st. The recipe contest winners will be announced no later than March 26th and featured on The Red Clay Cook Off Family Style cooking show to be filmed during Spring Vacation 2018. Exact film date/time TBD.
