Important Information about the event

• You will need to provide tables, tablecloth and chairs for your stall

• You will need a gazebo and will need to be installed yourself. If you are doing so, please bring the appropriate weights/pegs to hold them down

• Stalls will be set up in the courtyard outside the restaurant at the Old Dairy Farm and the lawns.

• The usual car park will be used for stallholders and blue badge holders on the day so that you are closer to the courtyard for setting up

• Once we know the layout and how many stalls will be attending, we will inform you of where to park for set up and then once your stand is ready then your car will need to be moved to another area allowing more space in the car park for our visitors

• There are no external electrical points, and generators are not permitted

• There is no Centre-wide WI-FI available. Card readers may work through 3G; however, this cannot be confirmed as the signal is intermittent across the site

• You are advised to ensure you have sufficient Public Liability Insurance

• Payment for stalls will be made via an invoice, which will be sent to you by the Centre accountant

• Setting up will be from 8am

• Clearing up can begin at 4pm unless otherwise indicated by the organiser.

• We will monitor the weather near the event, and if the forecast indicates inclement weather, the event may be cancelled. We will try to communicate this with you as soon as possible, but the situation may change very quickly, so please ensure we have your correct contact details.
