TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Advanced noticed is required for all Custom Treat Orders: A la Carte orders require a 7 day notice and Party Packages require 2-3 weeks notice. We will contact you to discuss pricing, details and availability before your order is confirmed.  A 50% NON REFUNDABLE  deposit  is due within 48 hours of invoice to secure order request. Final payment is due 7 days before the event date.  We accept Zelle, Venmo and Debit/Credit Card payments only. Sales taxes are applicable to each order. If payments have not been rendered by the designated times your order will be canceled and ALL deposits will be forfeited. Please arrive promptly to pick up your order. A $30 surcharge will be required up to 30 minutes late. Your order is subject to cancellation with no refund if you fail to communicate tardiness or do not show up. Please follow all care instructions as we are not liable for orders once picked up and/or delivered. *
