Tuition
Tuition is due at the beginning of each month.  A $10.00 late fee will be added to your account if not paid by the 10th of each month.  All classes are paid for attended or not (including snow days).  Missed classes can be made up within 30 days of your absence.  Tuition is not refundable, nor can it be transferred to another family member.   A $3.00 Credit Card processing fee will be charged for credit and debit card payments.

Registration Fee
A $25.00 registration fee is required for each student for fall classes. This fee covers one ore more classes per student. This fee is not refundable should you drop out of classes, nor can it be transferred to another family member. There is no registration fee for summer classes.

Photos are often taken during classes, performances and rehearsals at Pinewood School of Dance. By agreeing to this form, you are giving Pinewood School of Dance permission to use your child's photo(s) for marketing purposes.  Furthermore, by agreeing to this form you agree to hold harmless Pinewood School of Dance, its teacher, staff and special guests of any injuries your child may sustain while attending the dance classes, rehearsals and performances.  This agreement includes any staff or workers of any outside facilities at which performances may be held. *
