Your sponsorship ensures a successful event, helping cover essentials such as permitting, sound technicians, and sanitation. The Rocky Ripple Festival is also our largest fundraiser, allowing us to maintain town parks and playground equipment, and host other community events.
Booth spaces
A booth space is included with sponsorship, but it is not required if you prefer only in-park signage, social media posts, and announcements from our stage. Booths accommodate a 10ft x 10ft tent. Tent and tables are not included. Electrical hookup is not available. Booths are located by the main festival entrance. Further setup instructions will be provided.
Restrictions for display items and merchandise
The Rocky Ripple Festival is hosted by the Rocky Ripple Community Association, a not-for-profit organization.
The RRCA abides by State and Federal laws regulating what can be sold and to whom, such as no alcohol to minors, no cigarettes or e-cigarettes with nicotine to any individual under 18 years of age, and no illegal substances.
The RRCA also sets it own standards for what is appropriate to sell, give away, or display at our event. The officials of the RRCA reserve the right to review, approve or decline prospective sponsors and vendors from participating in the Rocky Ripple Festival.
Items that may not be sold, displayed, or given away include, but are not limited to, marketing material and tools designed to promote or facilitate use of illegal substances, and other items deemed inappropriate by the RRCA.
