2021 Winter Garden Christmas Parade Registration
Saturday, December 4, 2021 - March Off at 10:00 am (Check in Starting at 8:00 am)

All entries are eligible for:
• The Mayor's Trophy • The Grand Marshal’s Award

Choose one category for your entry to be judged. First and Second place trophies will be awarded.
• Best Youth or Children's Group • Best Commercial or Business Entry Float • Best Band, Vocal or Performance Group •
• Best Church or Fraternal Group • Best Antique Vehicle •

The Entry Fee is a donation of toys, check, or cash (commensurate with the size of the entry) to the Winter Garden Police Department's HOLIDAY GIFTS FOR KIDS Program and will be collected at parade check-in. Please no wrapped toys, toy guns or toy weapons. All checks should be made payable to WINTER GARDEN POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE, INC.

1. Confetti and glitter are not permitted due to environmental concerns and the difficulty of removing from streets.
2. Parade vehicles will be staged behind the Wells Fargo Bank on the East side of Dillard Street. Parking for non-parade vehicles will be at the Wells Fargo Bank Parking Lot on the west side of Dillard Street.
3. If your entry involves large animals, they must be followed by a clean-up crew before, during and after the parade.
4. Please do not invite Santa Claus to appear in your entry. The City of Winter Garden has asked Santa to appear in his traditional spot at the end of the parade riding on a City float.
5. Please limit all performances in front of the judge’s stand to 30 seconds or less. In addition, it is prohibited for any group to stop along the parade route and perform for spectators. All groups are required to continue marching during ALL performances.
6. Political organizations or campaigns, regardless of their political viewpoint, will be restricted from participating in events sponsored by the City of Winter Garden.
7. Winter Garden commercial or business entries will only be permitted if they are using a float and are well decorated to add to the holiday spirit of the parade. Regular vehicles, including cars, vans or trucks, will not be permitted. Commercial or business groups outside the City of Winter Garden limits will not be permitted.
8. Vehicle organizations are limited to antique pre-1970’s vehicles only. No “car clubs” will be permitted to participate.
9. Due to limited space, preregistration is required for all parade entries. Parade entries will not be accepted after Friday, November 19, 2021. All applicants will receive an email notification whether approved or not approved.
