VISA Invitation Letters will only be issued to registrants whose registration fee has been paid in full. It is the registrant’s own responsibility to check with his/her local Irish Embassy or Consulate for all the required material to obtain a VISA to Ireland. All visa letters will be sent via e-mail unless a printed copy is requested by the Irish Embassy in your country, in
which case we will send it to you via fax or mail to the destinations provided below.
