Please note that the distribution/vending of food/drink requires a permit from Vancouver Coastal Health ( Submissions may be made to the MPBIA by July 12th, 2017 for group processing; otherwise they must be submitted to VCH potentially subject to long processing times or fees.

Upon approval of vendor application, payment can be made by cash or cheque made payable to Mount Pleasant Commercial Improvement Society. Payment must be submitted by Friday, August 4th. Failure to submit payment in the time frame indicated may result in cancellation of vendor space unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are a member of the Mount Pleasant BIA, please contact directly.

Set up begins two hours before the event and teardown ends one hour after. Vehicle passes will be issued for the purposes of loading and unloading equipment ONLY and must be removed before the festival begins.

All tents and supplies are the responsibility of the participant. You will be advised of your location prior to the event.
