Having become accustomed to the new normal, the world is now entering a new year. With
new hopes, come the opportunity and the responsibility of creating a world young people can
find their place in. Fresh leadership requires fresh thinking and perspectives. The Young
Global Leaders Development Program aims at achieving just that. It will serve as a platform
for young people to have conversations that will enable them to look ahead in the aftermath
of the COVID19 pandemic.

The International Youth Conference 2021 intends the youth to be recharged, with better
energy and momentum. The year ahead needs to start right, with the most important
conversations, so that it ends right.
