VAC Special Exhibit Form: Self Expression Summer 2019
Participating Artists' Information. Submit this form with a jpg image of the artwork sent to
by July 12th(extended) in order to be included in the marketing of the event and for participation in the note card and 4x6 framed image products we will have available the evening of the event(Net proceeds go to artists). This exhibit will be up for only one night- for artists to invite friends and family to see- his/her expression of art. This Exhibit is FREE to enter thanks to our Camden County Cultural & Heritage Commission Grant and Columbia Bank Foundation Grant. Please fill out form below. Deadline to submit for marketing has been extended to the 12th.

Submission: Artist may submit only 1 art piece that represents his/her expression of art. It can be ANY medium. 3D Art accepted. The hung art will be displayed on tabletop easels or vertical grids, the height and width max are 24"x24". If it is 3D then 24"x24"x24" max.

Artist gives VAC permission to promote image and create note cards and 4x6 framed image for sale the evening of the event, where net proceeds (after expenses are covered) goes to the artist.

PROMOTING ART IMAGE
Please send a photograph of the art as a jpg attachment to an email to
by July 12th (extended) so the Voorhees Arts Council can use in promotions on social media the week of the event, AND create notecards and 4x6 framed images of the piece to be on sale the evening of reception. Net proceeds go to artist (after production expense is taken out).
Drop off for art will be Wed July 17th- Sun July 21st (starting at 11am) or Tues July 23rd, 10am-2pm. Or contact Marianne to make alternative arrangement. Artist will take artwork back with him/her the night of the reception, if it sells 100% of the price goes to the artist!
