If you are one of the households in the Reef that wishes to have multiple apartments (regardless of if these apartments should be mergable or share a common entrace/door or not), please fill in this survey once for every apartment you'd wish to have in the reef.
This survey has 12 questions and will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. You will be sent a copy of your answers if you provide an email address to do so. If you have any questions or are uncertain about any of your answers, please still try to complete the survey and raise your questions in the 'final remarks-questions' box at the end of the survey. You can always amend your answers by informing Team Building (by posting on the topic about this survey in edgeryders, or sending a private message to reef-building on edgeryders).
This survey aims to allow the members of the Reef group to express their needs, desires, expectations, preferences, etc. in relation to their future private and collective living spaces. The answers to the questions below will be used in particular to establish the "programme" on the basis of which the architects will work to design the project. The answers to this survey will be important in the feasability studies that will be done for potential sites.
The questions relate to elements which will have an influence on the "casco" or "closed structural work" buildings, but not on elements relating to individual finishes and completions.
How to fill in this survey:
For some questions you'll be asked to choose from a scale of values:
- Essential: absolutely necessary for my/our involvement in the project
- Important: Wish this element was present, but it is not essential for me/us
- Neutral:
No definite opinion on this element
- Not Preferred: I/we don't want to necessarily invest in it, but can work with it if it does become part of the final project
- Inconceivable: If it were present, it would call into question my/our support for the project
This survey is not anonymous, and the results will be shared with the group. If you are uncomfortable with sharing one or the other info, let Team Building know.
