Food Justice Summer School Application
HOPE’s Food Justice Summer School is a training program for community members to build their leadership in the Collaborative, in their communities, and in the broader policy-making arena. The Summer School will provide an opportunity for community members who demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to the Collaborative’s work to develop their skills in advocacy, facilitation, communications, outreach, community engagement and organizing, and deepen their knowledge of food justice and built environment. We believe that leadership development is essential to create the necessary conditions for increased economic and civic community ownership.

HOPE’s Food Justice Summer School will take place from June 2018 – August 2018.
The time commitment is approximately 12 hours per month. Participants will receive a $400 stipend.
