Registration Support for Session Speakers
To support the development of high quality and engaging sessions and to encourage new participants to join, ESIP is able to offer complimentary registrations (either full meeting virtual or in-person rate) for each session to invite one speaker for breakout sessions to the 2024 July ESIP Meeting. 

Proposed speakers should be recognized experts in their fields and should not have attended an ESIP Meeting in the past. Session organizers should use this form to request registration support for these speakers by Saturday, June 22. 

Note that this opportunity provides registration assistance only, but does not provide support for travel to the meeting. The hotel block at the Crowne Plaza Asheville closes on June 22, so ask your speakers to plan ahead if they are.
