Chickadees Application Form

The 2-year old class is designed for each child to be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. This class requires a parent or caregiver’s attendance along with the child for the school year. The teacher will make a determination as to when the child is ready for separation. Siblings are not permitted.

Children must be 2 by 12/31/26.
