New volunteer questionnaire
Thank you for offering your time to volunteer for Cambridge Community Kitchen!

We have four types of volunteering shifts:

 • CLEANING
 • COOKING (Tuesdays 4.30-7pm; Thursdays & Sundays, 3-7pm)
 • DELIVERY (Thursday, Sunday, 6-8pm)
 • SHOPPING

We also have a variety of ongoing ADMIN tasks which can all be done from home.

Please answer the following questions so we can understand how you would like to contribute.
 

Privacy disclaimer: your personal information (name, contact details) will be stored in a Google sheet that is accessible by a group of our admin volunteers. We'll use this information for maintaining the volunteer rota and sometimes for sending out requests for volunteers.

Your CCK name! *
This needs to be unique among our volunteers, so we know who's actually on the rota! Just "Sam" or "Alice" won't do. Think along the lines of "Sam T" or "HJM" or "Bumblebee" or "Jimz" etc.

Phone number
We mainly communicate via Signal chats, and we'll send you an email with the invite link and further information, so providing your phone number is optional, but helpful.
Emergency contact number
If you want to, you can provide us with a phone number for someone we can get in touch with if an emergency happens while you're volunteering with us. We will only contact this person in a genuine emergency. For delivery riders, we may contact this person if you haven't returned from your delivery route and we want to make sure you're OK.
