In conjunction of the e-invoicing Guidelines issued by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRBM”) which will be implemented starting from 1st August 2024, Uniqlo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Uniqlo”) will be issuing e-Invoice for Business to Business (“B2B”) and Business to Consumer (“B2C”) transaction.
To comply with the IRBM’s guidelines, Uniqlo is required to collect information, which includes personal data i.e. name, NRIC/passport number, tax identification number, residential address, contact number, email (“PII”), from you to generate the e-Invoice (“Purpose”). By providing the information and PII requested in this e-invoice Request Form (“Form”), you have acknowledged and consent to the collection, use and processing of your information and PII in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). All of the information and PII submitted to Uniqlo will be treated as strictly private and confidential and be processed in accordance to Uniqlo Privacy Policy, which is accessible at https://www.uniqlo.com/my/en/information/privacy-policy.
Uniqlo reserves the right to change or revise the Privacy Policy therefore you are advised to visit our website from time to time to check if there are any amendments made to this Privacy Policy.
Please note that Uniqlo will not be sending any physical (paper) e-invoice. By providing the necessary information and PII in this Form, you agree to receive and process e-invoices electronically in compliance with the e-invoicing rules and regulations set fort by the Malaysia Government.
This e-invoice is not a substitute for the receipts/invoices for your purchases from Uniqlo and cannot be used for any return and exchange.
