Volunteering at EURO TEA EXPO 2026
Welcome! We are so happy you are interested in volunteering at this years tea festival!
Beforehand, we would like to ask you to give us some information to make organizing easier.
Since it is all on voluntary basis, we kindly ask you to commit to your engagement. The festival is held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of November, opening times are 10-18 (SA) and 10-18 (SU). Before that, on Friday afternoon we will start to set up.
The more volunteers we have, the more time you will get to spend at the festival yourself. We are going to meet before the event, also deciding on the team you are going to help out in.

  • A complimentary place at the White Tea Welcome Tasting on 13th of November, hosted by Lin Zhenchuan, founder of Pinpintea and an inheritor of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage white tea craftsmanship, together with a team of white tea specialists.

Volunteers will rotate through different roles during the event. During your free time, you are welcome to explore the exhibition and enjoy teas presented by exhibitors from around the world.
