Dear Vendor/Exhibitor:
It is with great pleasure that I announce the dates for the 2025 Continental Fall Festival, which are September 26th and 27th. We are once again in the planning stages and we would like to extend to you an invitation to partake in the festival fun!
Should you be interested to participate as a vendor or exhibitor, we are asking that you please complete and submit the 2025 Vendor Contract and Vendor Waiver below as soon as possible with monies made payable to ‘Continental Fall Festival’ and addressed to:

A couple of key items to note:
1. Weekend-long vendor/exhibitor fees are $30.00 for nonprofit and $60.00 for profit.
2. Your vendor/exhibitor spot in the Festival will not be reserved until the entry fee has been received.
3. Earliest set up time for weekend-long vendors/exhibitors is Thursday, September 25th at 5PM.
4. All vendors must be set up and open during published hours in brochure.
5. Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance.
6. Vendors are responsible for their own Department of Health Food Service License. Information on obtaining a Temporary Food License can be found on the Putnam County Health Department’s website at the following URL:
