Please fill out the following form to participate in the 2026 Holiday Market on December 12, hosted by the Mountain Home Spouses Club.

Cost to Participate: 
$50 - food vendor
$40 - center booth (limited availability; option to sell on 2 sides)
$30 - general booth 
$15 - young entrepreneur booth
     *$10 additional for electric
