Dear Fowler Families,

Fowler Elementary School District has been awarded funding to secure approximately 2,800 Chromebooks and 500 hotspot devices for student use at home through the FCC’s Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF).

If you are the parent or guardian of a Fowler Elementary School District student that needs a Chromebook or a hotspot to use at home to help close the homework gap and to work on school-related activities, please complete the form below.

There are no income eligibility requirements for this program. The device(s) will remain the property of Fowler Elementary School District and is intended to be used by the student at home for educational purposes. If the student graduates or withdraws from Fowler Elementary School District the Chromebook must be returned to the district on or before the student’s last day. Devices are limited to students enrolled in the Fowler ESD.

Completing this form does not guarantee you will receive a Chromebook. Quantities are limited. When your application has been accepted, you will be contacted by email or phone with instructions to where and when you can pick up the device(s). A parent or guardian must be present with a Photo ID to pick up the device.
