香港失明人協進會 慈善點字明信片認購表格 Hong Kong Blind Union Charity Braille Postcards Order Form
 由香港失明人協進會推出，計劃透過點字明信片推廣點字文化及資訊平等的訊息。

點字明信片以套裝出售，分別有中英兩款，中文套裝內附十張點字明信片，字句由書法家「畫字」書寫，配上點字，每套$200。而英文套裝內附四張點字明信片，字句由書法家「築墨青」書寫，同樣配上點字，每套$50。

明信片的點字文字全由本會的視障會員親手打上，而是次計劃的收益將全數用作支援視障人士及其家人的服務。

With words read with eyes and Braille touched with hands, messages of love and care are conveyed to each other. Thanks to calligraphists Draword and Inkitect am.studio for scribing the Chinese and English messages. Together with the Braille typed by visually impaired people, these postcards with warmth and power have been published, promoting the culture of Braille and the equal right to access information. All the proceeds from selling the postcards will be spent in support for services for visually impaired people and their families and it served as a source of income for members who helped with typing the messages.

認購人填寫此認購表格及向本會發出款項後，請將入數紙或支票副本電郵致info@hkbu.org.hk，並以「點字明信片認購」作主旨。如以信用咭捐款，本會同事將聯絡認購者以確認相關付款資料。Please fill in the order form together with the bank-in slip or the copy of the cheque email to info@hkbu.org.hk . "Charity Braille Postcards Order Form" should be used as the email subject.

註 Note:
1. 各認購人如選擇以銀行入數 或 Paypa l付款，請將入數或Paypal付款記錄，電郵至info@hkbu.org.hk，並以「點字明信片認購」作標題，並請於電郵內註明認購人之姓名。Please email the bank-in slip or paypal payment record to info@hkbu.org.hk and use "Charity Braille Postcards Order Form" as the email subject.
2. 如認購人希望以信用咭付款，請揀選上面的其他捐款方法，並下載及填寫有關表格後，電郵至info@hkbu.org.hk，以便本會職員繼續跟進。If the subscriber would like to pay by credit card offline, please download and fill in the order form above and email to info@hkbu.org.hk .
3.所認購的點字明信片將於確認閣下的捐款後，以平郵郵遞至各認購人提供的住址。The ordered Braille postcards will be posted to the corresponding address after the payment is confirmed.
4.每套「點字明信片」均設有精美封套，以供收藏。Each set of braille postcards will have a cover for collection.
