The University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR) will be holding the 198th Class of the Workers' Institute on Labor Laws (WILL) this 24 to 26 June 2026.
The WILL is a three (3)-day institutional program offering of UP SOLAIR which seeks to enable participants to:
- Acquire basic knowledge about labor laws and legislation of the Philippines;
- Understand and apply legal concepts, processes, and techniques in their respective workplaces; and
- Understand and share experiences and practices involving labor laws and industrial relations
The topics to be covered by the WILL include the following:
- Labor and social legislation; Legal rights of workers and management prerogatives
- The employer-employee relationship and other work relationships
- Labor standards and health, safety, and social welfare benefits
- Termination of employment and retirement from service
- Workers' rights to self-organization, collective bargaining, and related issues
- Settlement of labor disputes and related strategies

WILL Class 198 will be held ONLINE via ZOOM Teleconference on the following dates/schedules:
Day 1: 24 June 2026 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Day 2: 25 June 2026 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Day 3: 26 June 2026 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The REGISTRATION FEE for the WILL Class 198 is Php 11,000.00.
