Team Managers - Please complete this registration form for the January 25, 2020 Louisiana Destination Imagination Super Instant Challenge Saturday.

If you have multiple teams from your school, please enter the information for each of the team managers instead of just the name of the school coordinator so that we know which adult is really responsible for each team and can easily contact the team manager who is with the team.

The deadline to register your teams and volunteers is Tuesday, December 17, 2019.

There will be 2 sessions this year, morning and afternoon. Sessions will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so teams may be asked to switch sessions depending on availability.

In order for your team to participate in Super Saturday, you must provide a volunteer to work a challenge room during at least one of the two sessions on January 25 AND a volunteer to help with BOTH set-up Friday night, January 24, AND help with clean-up Saturday, January 25, after the event is over. This may be one individual for all of those time periods or may be multiple volunteers. Volunteers must be over 18 and may be team managers, parents, or other people representing your team. If your team is not from Shreveport or Bossier City, the volunteer requirement will be waived for your team.

There is a place on the registration form for you to submit the name and e-mail address of the person or people who will fill those volunteer roles on behalf of your team.

The registration fee is $50 per team made payable to LADI.

Write your school and team membership number on the check.

The registration fee may be either paid the day of Super Saturday or may be mailed to Nancy Farley at the address below by January 9, 2020 to:

Make sure you bring a release form for every person who will be coming to Super Instant Challenge Saturday. These will be used for State Tournament as well.
