The Bethlehem Center is a National Mission Institution related to the United Methodist Church. A non-profit agency located in Jackson, Mississippi, the Center serves low-income families and individuals through affordable quality childcare, a free income tax assistance program, a counseling center, and various community development initiatives.

DIAPER BANK/IT’S THAT TIME GIRL
Added in 2021 the Diaper Bank is the only nationally recognized Diaper Bank in the state providing diapers to parents in need and emergency baby supplies when a community is hit by a disaster. "It's That Time, Girl" is an initiative to remove shame & embarrassment and increase access to period products due to “period poverty” in the state. Period poverty is real for women in the USA who don’t have the means to provide for their menstrual needs. The Diaper Bank is raising community awareness about diaper needs, childhood poverty and advocate for policy reform addressing, diaper, and period product needs.
A morning shelter, and place of respite, for the homeless and marginalized in our community. It is open from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. every weekday morning, except Tuesday. Grace Place is a connectional ministry, linking local churches in meeting the needs of those so often ignored. Grace Place recognizes the dignity of all persons by seeking authentic, grace-filled relationships, focusing on loving one another in the midst of difficult life challenges.

Meals on Wheels - Mississippi senior meal delivery services. One of the most recognized services includes Meals on Wheels (MOW), a service under the umbrella of the Older Americans Act (OAA), which is dedicated to end senior hunger and increase the health and independence of the elderly population.

Stewpot Community Services provides thousands of men, women and children with hot meals, groceries, clothing, shelter, childcare, mentoring and other programs to nurture them and help them get back on their feet. We believe the sacred is encountered in the common events in like, like sharing a meal. We are all fed, spiritually and physically, by our fellowship with each other.
Our newest ministry that provides bicycles and safety and security related accessories to individuals served by Grace Place. This bicycle ministry will provide a means of basic transportation while serving as an opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with our brothers and sisters who come to Grace Place. A person earns their bicycle through community service, and then receives hand-on training for maintenance. Donations of adult bicycles are welcome.
