On September 10, 2020 we shared the Action Plan for Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We view this as a live document that we hope will evolve through feedback from all Middlebury constituencies. Please share your reactions and suggestions so we can all work together to make Middlebury a more equitable and inclusive community.
