We are launching a new initiative to connect students and newer professionals interested in the field of aging with OGA members who would like to share their valuable experiences and insights. We recognize that many of you have cultivated unique skills and expertise in your fields and might find it generative to spend some intentional time with students and professionals just getting started. We also hope to expand OGA membership by reaching out to gerontology and aging services programs throughout the state with this way of connecting on an individual basis in addition to the educational and networking events we offer.

There is no specific level of commitment required; some individuals may desire to begin an ongoing mentoring relationship, while others may be available for a short informational interview every once in a while.
