The Pizza Party Project 2020 Trip Application
Thank you for your interest in joining our team as we travel to Capetown, South Africa in 2020! The trip will take place December 6- December 14th, 2020 (tentatively). This year we will be having the Pizza Party in Kalk Bay, about 25 minutes from where the children live. We will be partnering with local nonprofit organizations to ensure the success of the day for the children. This year there will be face painting, water balloon fights, motorcycles, tons of games and fun -- and we are going to need all hands on deck!

The trip will cost 1,950 dollars, however, for your financial convenience, the trip can be paid in 170 dollar increments over an 11 month period starting on January 31st. The final payment would be due no later than November 30th. This cost includes your flight, lodging (double occupancy), activities (Boulder's Beach, Cape Point, Aquila Safari, and Roben Island), ground transportation, trip insurance and daily breakfast/dinner on some nights. If you would like to discuss pricing for single occupancy rooms you can email

Please note that there are limited spots available for this trip, so be sure to submit your application no later than January 25th. Upon the acceptance of your application you will receive an email with further instructions and details on where to make payments, etc.

There will be an interest meeting on January 25th at noon. Details will be posted on the Compassion in Crisis Facebook page.
