Providing care to others, and receiving care ourselves, is a deeply personal issue affecting people from all backgrounds. At some point, nearly everyone will need to take time away from work to provide or receive care. The Time to Care Ohio Coalition is spearheading efforts to pass a paid family leave policy to ensure that all Ohioans have access to paid leave when they need it most. Paid family leave is a commonsense policy to support workers who need to step away from work and for the employers who provide this benefit.
